When you create an account on CloutCommand, we collect:

  • Account information: email address and display name.
  • League activity: scores, matchup results, draft picks, votes, social posts, and other league data you submit.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic analytics (via cookies or server logs).

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate your fantasy football league and display standings, scores, and awards.
  • To authenticate your account and protect against unauthorized access.
  • To generate AI-powered content (news articles, social reactions) based on league data.
  • To send notifications about league activity (if you opt in).
  • To improve the platform and fix bugs.

3. Third-Party Services

CloutCommand may integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: database hosting and authentication.
  • Vercel: application hosting and edge delivery.
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI content generation (league data is sent to generate articles and reactions).
  • Yahoo / ESPN / Sleeper: optional league data sync (only when connected by your commissioner).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for:

  • Authentication session management.
  • Remembering your league and display preferences.
  • Commissioner preview mode.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

League data (scores, matchups, awards) is retained for the lifetime of the league to preserve historical records. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting your league commissioner or emailing us.

6. Data Security

We protect your data with:

  • HTTPS encryption in transit.
  • Row-level security (RLS) in our database — users can only access data in their own league.
  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with hashed passwords.
  • Server-side API route guards requiring authentication for all mutations.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account.
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., notifications).

8. Children

CloutCommand is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to league commissioners.
